“IDEOLOGIA DE GÊNERO” E A REESTRUTURAÇÃO DO PLANO MUNICIPAL DE EDUCAÇÃO DE CURITIBA

RESUMOConsiderando o momento político brasileiro atual e o forte enfrentamento aos temas de gênero, sexualidade e diversidade nos planos nacional, estaduais e municipais de educação, este artigo propõe-se a analisar as três principais emendas feitas ao projeto de lei que deu origem ao Plano Municipal de Educação de Curitiba, são elas: a emenda substitutiva que altera a Meta 7, a emenda modificativa que altera a Meta 15, e a emenda modificativa que altera a Meta 25. Além disso, analisa-se um Projeto de Emenda à Lei Orgânica que relaciona as questões de gênero à educação do município. Busca-se, assim, compreender como uma ideia bem específica de família e de seus valores morais passa a caminhar lado a lado com a educação. Nesse sentido, a partir de uma teorização pós-estruturalista, ancorada principalmente em Michel Foucault (1986) e Judith Butler (2013) este artigo demonstra como o gênero, ou uma correspondência única entre sexo-gênero passa a ocupar um papel central no cenário conversador que se instaurou no momento de aprovação do Plano Municipal de Educação de Curitiba.Palavras-chave: Ideologia de gênero. Planos de Educação. ABSTRACTConsidering the present Brazilian political moment and the strong confrontation to the gender, sexuality and diversity themes in national, state and local education plans, this article intends to analyze the three main amendments (the amendments of the goals 7, 15 and 25) proposed to the project that resulted to the Municipal Education Plan of Curitiba. In addition, an amendment project to the Organic Law which relates the gender issues in the education of the county is analyzed. It seeks, therefore, to understand how a very specific idea of family and its moral values start to walk side by side with education. Based on a post-structuralist theory, mainly on Michel Foucault (1986) e Judith Butler (2013), this article intents to demonstrate how gender, or a correspondence between sex-gender, plays a central role in the conservative scene that was established at the time of the approval of the Municipal Education Plan of Curitiba.Keywords: Gender Ideology.
