Resumo: | This study intends to analyze the path of research on the theme of International Human Resource Management (IHRM) and Isomorphism as an influence for the choice of Human Resource practices in Multinational Corporations (MC). The work executed was a bibliographic search of articles on the Web of Science (WOS) database, which, through an integrative literature review, performed a quantitative analysis presenting the general panorama of the international productions of the theme, besides to the qualitative analysis which identified and grouped the articles in three categories (convergence, divergence, and duality). The findings indicated a short predominance of the “convergence” category, but it did not constitute hegemony of any category, also verifying a diversity of factors and forces in this field that influences the level of alignment of the human resources practices of the headquarters with its subsidiaries. |

Universidade Feevale2022-03-28info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttp://periodicos.feevale.br/seer/index.php/revistagestaoedesenvolvimento/article/view/263910.25112/rgd.v19i1.2639Revista Gestão e Desenvolvimento; v. 19 n. 1 (2022): Artigos livres - Janeiro / Junho; 57-792446-68751807-543610.25112/rgd.v19i1reponame:Gestão e Desenvolvimentoinstname:Universidade Feevale (Feevale)instacron:Feevaleporhttp://periodicos.feevale.br/seer/index.php/revistagestaoedesenvolvimento/article/view/2639/3038Copyright (c) 2022 Rodilon Teixeirahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessTeixeira, Rodilon2022-03-28T17:24:06Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/2639Revistahttp://periodicos.feevale.br/seer/index.php/revistagestaoedesenvolvimento/indexPUBhttp://periodicos.feevale.br/seer/index.php/revistagestaoedesenvolvimento/oaigestaoedesenvolvimento@feevale.br||mauricio@feevale.br2446-68751807-5436opendoar:2022-03-28T17:24:06Gestão e Desenvolvimento - Universidade Feevale (Feevale)false |
