RESUMOAvaliar corrupção, progresso social e inovação social não é uma tarefa fácil, devido à pluralidade existente entre as variáveis. O Índice de Percepção de Corrupção é avaliado a partir do entendimento sobre os mecanismos de controle de corrupção na gestão pública. O Índice de Progresso Social é medido a partir das Necessidades Humanas Básicas; Fundamentos do bem-estar e Oportunidade. O Índice de Inovação Social é mensurado a partir da Estrutura Política e Institucional; Financiamento; Empreendedorismo e Sociedade Civil. Neste sentido, diante da descrição do que compõe cada índice, este estudo tem como objetivo avaliar a influência da corrupção e do progresso social sobre a inovação social. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa caracteriza-se como descritiva em relação a seu objetivo, quanto aos procedimentos pode ser considerada como pesquisa aplicada a partir do levantamento de dados secundários e quantitativa em relação à abordagem do problema, sendo analisada por meio de técnicas estatísticas (MEE). Quanto aos resultados, tem-se que a corrupção está associada diretamente aos pilares do Progresso Social. Por fim, a corrupção está fortemente influenciada com o Empreendedorismo, Financiamento e Sociedade Civil, pilares da inovação social, onde a baixa percepção de corrupção estimula a população na participação política e na abertura de novos negócios.Palavras-Chave: Corrupção. Progresso Social. Inovação Social. Países. ABSTRACTEvaluating, corruption, social progress and social innovation is not an easy task, due to the plurality that exists between variables. The Corruption Perceptions Index is evaluated based on the understanding of the mechanisms of control of corruption in public management. The Social Progress Index is measured from Basic Human Needs; Fundamentals of Well-Being and Opportunity. The Social Innovation Index is measured from the Political and Institutional Structure; Financing; Entrepreneurship and Civil Society. In this sense, given the description of each index, this study aims to evaluate the influence of corruption and social progress on social innovation. Methodologically, the research is characterized as descriptive in relation to its objective, regarding the procedures can be considered as applied research from the secondary and quantitative data collection in relation to the approach of the problem, being analyzed by means of statistical techniques (MEE). As for the results, it has been that Corruption is directly associated with the pillars of Social Progress. Finally, corruption is strongly influenced by Entrepreneurship, Financing and Civil Society, pillars of social innovation, where the low perception of corruption stimulates the population in political participation and the opening of new businesses.Keywords: Corruption.
