This article was a theoretical study aimed at mapping the panorama of the most recent academic literature on the psychological aspects of intrapreneurial behavior, both related to the psychological effects experienced by individuals involved in intrapreneurial practices, and the role of the resilient capacity of individuals mobilized in the activities of intrapreneurship. The study involved a systematic literature review of 40 articles on intrapreneurial behavior. The systematic literature review highlighted as discoveries the growth of studies on intrapreneurial behavior with some of the themes of the JD-R theory, such as work engagement, psychological resources and their relationship with the well-being of people in their work activities. However, studies relating intrapreneurial behavior with other states of well-being, such as exhaustion due to stress at work, proved to be scarce. The literature review also revealed the occurrence of few studies on intrapreneurial behavior involving the topic of psychological resources. The article ends by discussing the horizons of possibilities in future studies on intrapreneurship with themes on well-being at work.
