Resumo: One usually considers the first moment of Nietzsche’s writings as “romantic”, and that one started by Zarathustra as his “true philosophy”. But is The birth of tragedy really romantic? Is not yet there his own philosophy? And Thus Spoke Zarathustra weren’t it romantic? The way Nietzsche expresses himself in the former, would not link him to the romanticism, a former not favorable to Nietzsche tragic philosophy? Our hypothesis is that The birth of tragedy is not philosophically romantic, as long as Thus Spoke Zarathustra is written in a romantic stile, mainly until the third part. It would do the fourth the most important part of the book. Our aim is to show the philosophical consequences of these ideas.

Mas seria O Nascimento da tragédia de fato romântico? Já não traz a filosofia singular de Nietzsche? Por outro lado, Assim falava Zaratustra não seria romântico? Sua expressão, enquanto um romance de formação, não o vincula ao romantismo, não favorecendo sua filosofia trágica? Nossa hipótese é a de que, contrariamente à tradição de comentários, O Nascimento da tragédia não é filosoficamente romântico, assim como Assim falava Zaratustra é estilisticamente romântico, sobretudo até sua parte três, o que se relativizaria na parte quatro, tornando-a a mais importante do livro.
