Resumo: | In this analysis, different therapeutic interventions for atopic dermatitis are explored, focusing on new drugs and immunomodulatory approaches. Initially, the effectiveness of recently developed pharmacological interventions is highlighted, with an emphasis on their ability to control the symptoms of atopic dermatitis and improve patients' quality of life. Emerging therapies aim to address not only the symptoms but also the underlying causes of the disease, taking into consideration the complex interaction between the immune system and environmental factors. In addition to pharmacological interventions, innovative approaches such as biological and immunomodulatory therapies are being investigated to modulate the abnormal immune response associated with atopic dermatitis. These new approaches hold significant promise for patients who do not respond adequately to conventional treatments or who experience adverse side effects. Ongoing research in this field is crucial to develop more effective and safer therapies for atopic dermatitis. Furthermore, it is important to highlight the role of a multidisciplinary approach in the treatment of atopic dermatitis, involving dermatologists, immunologists, allergists, and other healthcare professionals. This collaboration allows for a more comprehensive understanding of the disease and the implementation of more comprehensive and personalized therapeutic strategies for each patient. Finally, it is essential to ensure equitable access to these emerging therapies, especially for individuals with severe or refractory forms of atopic dermatitis, so that all patients can benefit from advances in the field. In summary, evidence-based therapeutic approaches play a crucial role in the treatment of atopic dermatitis, offering effective options for those affected by the condition. However, it is essential to conduct a careful patient assessment and adopt a personalized approach to ensure the best outcomes and long-term safety of individuals undergoing treatment. |

However, it is essential to conduct a careful patient assessment and adopt a personalized approach to ensure the best outcomes and long-term safety of individuals undergoing treatment.
