      Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is addressed from the perspective of interventions and their implications. A variety of strategies aimed at mitigating symptoms and enhancing the overall well-being of individuals affected by PTSD are examined. The analyzed interventions range from conventional psychological therapeutic approaches to more contemporary innovations, seeking to provide relief and promote recovery processes.       Additionally, the importance of a holistic approach in addressing PTSD is emphasized, considering not only psychological aspects but also the social and biological factors that may influence the course of this condition.
