In the setting of congenital malformations in Pediatric Gynecology, exploring the challenges intrinsic to diagnosing these conditions and examining associated management strategies. By focusing on the specific nuances found in this field, we seek to offer significant insights that enrich clinical understanding and expand the possibilities of therapeutic approaches. This study aims to investigate the complexity of diagnosing congenital malformations in gynecology, highlighting the challenges faced by healthcare professionals. Data collection was conducted through the following databases: Nursing Database (BDENF), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), PubMed, Latin American Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS). Various types of publications were consulted, including scientific articles, monographs and magazines, with the aim of obtaining relevant information on the topic. The results of this study on congenital malformations in Pediatric Gynecology highlight significant diagnostic challenges. The analysis revealed the complexity of these conditions, highlighting the importance of multifactorial approaches in clinical management. The discussion emphasizes the need for refined protocols and advanced technologies for early diagnosis. These insights provide a basis for optimizing treatment strategies and improving the quality of life of pediatric patients affected by congenital malformations. In conclusion, this study highlights the complexity of congenital malformations in pediatric gynecology and highlights the importance of early diagnosis. The findings emphasize the need for comprehensive clinical approaches and management strategies. This study contributes to the in-depth understanding of malformations, boosting future efforts in the search for more effective and targeted interventions.
