Resumo: This summary aims to discuss the challenges encountered in implementing public health vaccination programs, addressing key issues such as access, coverage, hesitancy and infrastructure. The objective of this work is to identify and analyze the main obstacles faced in the implementation of vaccination programs in the context of public health. The methodology employed involves a comprehensive literature review, case studies and analysis of data collected from relevant sources, including government reports and academic studies. Survey results highlight several challenges, including vaccine distribution, misinformation, logistical barriers, and vaccine hesitancy, highlighting the importance of addressing these issues to improve vaccination rates and public health outcomes. In conclusion, this study highlights the critical need for targeted interventions and policy measures to overcome challenges that hinder the successful implementation of public health vaccination programs, emphasizing the importance of education, community engagement, and equitable access to vaccines.

O objetivo deste trabalho é identificar e analisar os principais obstáculos enfrentados na execução de programas de vacinação no contexto da saúde pública. A metodologia empregada envolve uma revisão abrangente da literatura, estudos de caso e análise de dados coletados de fontes relevantes, incluindo relatórios governamentais e estudos acadêmicos. Os resultados da pesquisa destacam diversos desafios, incluindo distribuição de vacinas, desinformação, barreiras logísticas e hesitação em relação à vacina, ressaltando a importância de abordar essas questões para melhorar as taxas de vacinação e os resultados de saúde pública.
