Resumo: HIPERDIA is a Ministry of Health program that aims to prevent and treat Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus. In this sense, it is important to understand how the program operates within a territory so that the public that participates in HIPERDIA can be understood and in which environment it is inserted. OBJECTIVE: The main objective of this work is to map the hypertensive and diabetic patients participating in HIPERDIA in the city of Marabá-PA. Qualitative cross-sectional study carried out in Basic Health Units in Marabá. Registration forms of the HIPERDIA program were analyzed using the Chi-square test and mapping in the QGIS software. The sample consisted of 695 patients who were mostly women, brown and had completed elementary school. There was a predominance of sedentary lifestyle and overweight as risk factors, while the most common complication was stroke. Being the nucleus of Velha Marabá the one with the largest number of registered. It is necessary that the HIPERDIA program be expanded in the city of Marabá, so that health education policies can be further implemented in the city.

Nesse sentido, é importante compreender como o programa atua dentro de um território para que se possa entender o público que participa do HIPERDIA e em qual ambiente ele está inserido. Este trabalho tem por objetivo principal mapear os hipertensos e diabéticos participantes do HIPERDIA na cidade de Marabá-PA. Estudo transversal qualitativo realizado nas Unidades Básicas de Saúde de Marabá. Foram analisadas fichas de cadastramento do programa HIPERDIA utilizando teste Qui-quadrado e mapeamento no software QGIS. A amostra foi composta por 695 pacientes que em sua maioria eram mulheres, pardas e com ensino fundamental completo. Percebeu-se predomínio de sedentarismo e sobrepeso como fatores de riscos, enquanto a complicação mais comum foi o AVC. Sendo o núcleo da Velha Marabá o com maior número de cadastrados.
