Good science practices in the drawing up of data management plans

Institutions and research agencies are demanding conduct in the context of the Open Science agenda. The good practices in scientific research are including the elaboration of a Data Management Plan, which proposes to the researcher to manage the raw data of his research, valuing the sharing together with the opening of the data and its reuse to the benefit of the researchers and society. Therefore, the objective of this work was to identify and identify good practices with respect to the reuse and interoperability that the data opening makes possible, and it was intended to analyze aspects related to the management of research data, aiming at its availability in data repositories open, exploring the relationship of higher education institutions, funding agencies and researchers with the survey of actions that are carried out in the creation and development of PGDs. The research was characterized as exploratory, documentary and bibliographical methods were used to identify, collect and systematize the information. It is considered the need to develop institutional policies for the management of research data, but also respecting the areas of knowledge, since not all data are generated in the same way. In addition, it is evident that there is a new paradigm in scientific publication and dissemination, which also influences its communication, be it with the academic environment or with society.
