Resumo: Little has been discussed about the knowlwdge required for the formation of the sports coach, in particular football and futsal, this can be a result of a tradition in the area that still considers as central technical training reflections-tactical and physical preparation. Thus, the present research is born the following question: What have been the interests in journals football and futsal area to discuss about knowledge in the formation of the coach? The central objective is to present the knowledge required for the formation of the sports coach of football and futsal. To this end, has developed a study of quali-quantitative basis, divided into two phases, the first was a documentary research, in the area of physical education journals and football, bolstered by Bibliometric indicators. With this methodological incursion was possible to verify that the coach has been the subject of little interest, there are no authors that publish constantly on this topic. and up-to-date analyses. Notice also, that the data collection instruments most used value narrative of the subject involved. Finally, these results will contribute to the second phase of the study will be an explanatory research with the football and futsal trainers of greater Vitória.

De esta forma, la presente investigación nace de la siguiente pregunta: ¿cuáles han sido los intereses de los periódicos de fútbol y futsal en discutir los saberes en la formación del entrenador? El objetivo central es presentar los conocimientos necesarios para la formación del entrenador deportivo de las modalidades de fútbol y fútbol sala. Para ello, se ha desarrollado un estudio de bases cualitativas-cuantitativas, estructurado en dos fases, en la primera se realizó una investigación documental, en publicaciones periódicas del área de Educación Física y Fútbol, ​​sustentada en indicadores bibliométricos. Con esta incursión metodológica, se pudo constatar que el entrenador ha sido objeto de poco interés de discusión, que no existen autores que publiquen constantemente sobre este tema. También se verificó que las principales investigaciones son originales, o sea, tienen trabajo de campo, lo que contribuye a análisis más ampliados y actualizados. También se nota que los instrumentos de recolección de datos más utilizados valoran la narrativa de los sujetos involucrados. Finalmente, estos resultados contribuirán a la segunda fase del estudio, que será una investigación explicativa con entrenadores de fútbol y fútbol sala de la región metropolitana de Vitória.Poco si è parlato delle conoscenze necessarie alla formazione del tecnico sportivo, in particolare nel calcio e nel futsal, questo può essere conseguenza di una tradizione sul territorio che considera ancora la formazione tecnico-tattica e la preparazione fisica come riflessioni centrali. In questo modo, la presente ricerca nasce dalla seguente domanda: quali sono stati gli interessi dei periodici di calcio e futsal nel discutere le conoscenze nella formazione dell'allenatore? L'obiettivo centrale è presentare le conoscenze necessarie per la formazione dell'allenatore sportivo delle modalità calcio e futsal. Per questo è stato sviluppato uno studio delle basi quali-quantitative, strutturato in due fasi, nella prima è stata svolta una ricerca documentale, su periodici nell'area dell'Educazione Fisica e del Calcio, supportata da indicatori bibliometrici. Con questa incursione metodologica è stato possibile verificare che il coach è stato oggetto di scarso interesse di discussione, che non ci sono autori che pubblicano costantemente su questo argomento. È stato inoltre verificato che le ricerche principali sono originali, cioè hanno un lavoro sul campo, che contribuisce ad analisi più estese e aggiornate. Si rileva inoltre che gli strumenti di raccolta dati più utilizzati valorizzano la narrazione dei soggetti coinvolti.
