Futsal itineraries in Rio Grande do Sul (1980-1990)

Resumo: The study aims to investigate how the establishment of futsal in Rio Grande do Sul happened, in the period of the 1980s and 1990s. The historical-documentary research was carried out through bibliographic review, analysis of documents and interviews with characters from the futsal in Rio Grande do Sul, who played different roles throughout the 1980s and 1990s. The interviewees were: two referees, two athletes, two coaches, two directors of the Gaúcha Indoor Soccer Federation (FGFS) and two recognized personalities in the sports scene by the knowledge about futsal. The sources revealed that the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) instituted futsal in 1989 and, in the following year, in 1990, the Brazilian Confederation of Indoor Soccer (CBFS), previously linked to the International Indoor Soccer Federation (FIFUSA), linked to FIFA. In this way, there was a greater internationalization of futsal. When analyzing the interviewees' documents and testimonies, it is clear that futsal received a greater attention from sponsors and the press, including television.

La investigación histórico-documental se realizó a través de revisión bibliográfica, análisis de documentos y entrevistas con personajes del fútbol sala en Rio Grande do Sul. , quienes ocuparon diferentes roles a lo largo de las décadas de 1980 y 1990. Los entrevistados fueron: dos árbitros, dos atletas, dos entrenadores, dos directivos de la Federación Gaucha de Fútbol (FGFS) y dos personalidades reconocidas en el escenario deportivo por el conocimiento del futsal. Las fuentes revelaron que la Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) instituyó el fútbol sala en 1989 y, al año siguiente, en 1990, la Confederación Brasileña de Fútbol Sala (CBFS), anteriormente vinculada a la Federación Internacional de Fútbol Sala (FIFUSA), se unió a la FIFA. . Gli intervistati sono stati: due arbitri, due atleti, due allenatori, due dirigenti della Federcalcio Gaucho (FGFS) e due personalità riconosciute nel panorama sportivo per la conoscenza del futsal. Le fonti hanno rivelato che la Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) ha istituito il futsal nel 1989 e, l'anno successivo, nel 1990, la Confederazione brasiliana di calcio indoor (CBFS), precedentemente collegata alla Federazione internazionale di calcio indoor (FIFUSA), è entrata a far parte della FIFA .
