Resumo: | The obesity is a pathology multifatorial that takes the individual to a series of organic and emotional problems. The surgery has been demonstrating a therapeutics that associated the good transport pré and postoperative of interested professionals in that disease, it helps excessively in the resolution of the physical and psychosocial problems of the obese morbid, in other words, of that person that starts to have current comorbidad of his/her excess. Along the years, they have - if I dress to increase the interest in the medical middle for that subject. Not just for the increase of the incidence of the obesity in the western world, especially in America, but, also, for the technological development, that it made possible larger safety in the procedures bariátrics. For the treatment of the morbid obesity it is necessary an interdisciplinary team that it evaluates and prescribe in a correct and individual way the patient's adaptation. Being like this, inside of that treatment the therapies pharmacological, nutritional and psychological associate are included to the exercise. When those therapies don't revert the obesity, the individual is indicated to accomplish a surgical treatment. |

La cirugía se ha mostrado como una terapia que, asociada a un buen cuidado pre y postoperatorio por parte de profesionales interesados en esta enfermedad, es de gran ayuda para resolver los problemas físicos y psicosociales de la persona con obesidad mórbida, es decir, aquella que inicia tener comorbilidades derivadas de su exceso. A lo largo de los años, ha habido un creciente interés por este tema en el campo de la medicina. No solo por el aumento de la incidencia de la obesidad en el mundo occidental, especialmente en América, sino también por el desarrollo tecnológico, que ha permitido una mayor seguridad en los procedimientos bariátricos. Para el tratamiento de la obesidad mórbida se requiere de un equipo interdisciplinario que valore y prescriba correcta e individualmente la adaptación del paciente. Por ello, este tratamiento incluye terapias farmacológicas, nutricionales y psicológicas asociadas al ejercicio. Cuando estas terapias no revierten la obesidad, el individuo está indicado para tratamiento quirúrgico.L'obesità è una patologia multifattoriale che porta l'individuo a una serie di problemi organici ed emotivi. La chirurgia si è dimostrata una terapia che, se associata ad una buona assistenza pre e post operatoria da parte di professionisti interessati a questa malattia, è di grande aiuto nella risoluzione dei problemi fisici e psicosociali della persona patologicamente obesa, cioè di quella persona che inizia avere comorbidità derivanti dal tuo eccesso. Nel corso degli anni, c'è stato un crescente interesse per questo argomento in campo medico. Non solo per l'aumento dell'incidenza dell'obesità nel mondo occidentale, soprattutto in America, ma anche per lo sviluppo tecnologico, che ha consentito una maggiore sicurezza nelle procedure bariatriche. Per il trattamento dell'obesità patologica, è necessario un team interdisciplinare per valutare e prescrivere correttamente e individualmente l'adattamento del paziente. Pertanto, questo trattamento include terapie farmacologiche, nutrizionali e psicologiche associate all'esercizio.
