Resumo: This is a study of revision that has as objective verified the strategy in the treatment of the childish obsessiveness. The obsessivenes is sickness many-factorial with high prevalence not only in the developed countries as too in the countries in development. That score-board has gotten serious problem of public health, being determined in the adult life and prejudiced of the development of several diseases. The causes of the childish obsessiveness are related with many factors, out of they are bad alimentary habits and physics inactivity, therefore the treatment more efficacious for wastage and maintenance of the peso would be diet in association with a physics activity. It is very important to add in school curriculum a discipline about the study of the nutrition and constant practice of physics activity so that children acquire habits of health life and it is warning the augmentation of the childish obsessiveness.

Se trata de un estudio de revisión que tiene como objetivo verificar estrategias en el tratamiento de la obesidad infantil. La obesidad es una enfermedad multifactorial con alta prevalencia no solo en países desarrollados sino también en países en desarrollo. Esta condición se ha convertido en un grave problema de salud pública, que puede ser determinante en la vida adulta y provocar el desarrollo de diversas enfermedades. Las causas de la obesidad infantil están relacionadas con muchos factores, entre ellos se encuentran los malos hábitos alimentarios y la inactividad física, por lo que el tratamiento más eficaz para la pérdida y mantenimiento del peso sería una dieta combinada con actividad física. Es muy importante agregar al currículo escolar una disciplina sobre el estudio de la nutrición y la práctica constante de actividad física para que los niños adquieran hábitos de vida saludables y así prevenir el aumento de la obesidad infantil. Questo è uno studio di revisione che mira a verificare le strategie nel trattamento dell'obesità infantile. L'obesità è una malattia multifattoriale con un'elevata prevalenza non solo nei paesi sviluppati ma anche nei paesi in via di sviluppo. Questa condizione è diventata un grave problema di salute pubblica, che può essere decisivo nella vita adulta e causare lo sviluppo di diverse malattie. Le cause dell'obesità infantile sono legate a molti fattori, tra cui cattive abitudini alimentari e inattività fisica, quindi il trattamento più efficace per la perdita e il mantenimento del peso sarebbe una dieta combinata con l'attività fisica. È molto importante inserire nel curriculum scolastico una disciplina sullo studio dell'alimentazione e la pratica costante di attività fisica affinché i bambini acquisiscano sane abitudini di vita e prevengano così l'aumento dell'obesità infantile.Este é um estudo de revisão que tem como objetivo verificar as estratégias no tratamento da obesidade infantil.
