PRÁTICAS DO ENFERMEIRO NA ATENÇÅO BÁSICA NAS EQUIPES DE CONSULTÓRIO NA RUA

Resumo:Objetivo: Analisar o cenário e atuação do profissional de enfermagem na equipe de consultório na rua, identificar os fatores facilitadores e dificultadores da prática do enfermeiro. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo, exploratório, descritiva com abordagem qualitativa por meio da aplicação de questionário a todos os profissionais de enfermagem que tenham ou tiveram contato direto com a população em situação de rua contendo 06 perguntas semiestruturadas. Resultados: verificou-se que os profissionais têm dificuldades no encaminhamento do paciente para especialidades e a falta de estrutura física. Conclusão: Através dos resultados, concluiu-se que os profissionais estão satisfeitos com o que fazem de levar a saúde pública aos usuários que nem mesmo sabem que tem o direito à saúde, mais barram na falta de insumos, material, automóvel para locomoção, esbarram na intersetorialidade onde os profissionais não querem realizar o atendimento aos pacientes encaminhados para a especialidade, também sentem a deficiência de um protocolo a ser seguido para mencionar as atribuições dos profissionais das equipes do consultório na rua. Abstract:Objective: To identify the facilitating factors and difficulties were in the practice of the nurse, highlighting the care actions carried out in the teams Practice on the Street. Methodology: This is a field research, exploratory-descriptive, qualitative in nature. Were interviewed 3 nurses of the teams in the Office on the Street of the Federal District who have or have had direct contact with the population in situation of street. Results: It was found that the professionals have difficulties in routing the patient to the specialities and the lack of physical structure. Conclusion: The professionals interviewed are satisfied with what they do, carrying out activities inherent to the work process of Basic Attention. Stood out as factors facilitators: consultations and nursing procedures, employing good communication with the purpose of establishing the link to a comprehensive care; factors difficulties were: the lack of a protocol describing the assignment of each professional, supplies, materials, and vehicle for mobility of professionals/patients and, mainly, for the intersectoral actions; the professionals of the Office on the Street facing the preconcept because they are serving the population in a situation of the street, and the professionals of the specialties they deny the service; actions of nursing: pre-christmas, dress wounds, care for the diabetics and the inclusion of these users in the programs of the basic health unit.figshare DOI: 10.6084/m9.figshare.8198531
