Resumo: The critique of development is presented, through the questioning of its pillars and interests, as well as of its epistemology, through Bem Viver, as a post-development proposal. Both, post-development and well-being, are not homogenous currents, but they present common aspects that enable them to be treated together, and make up the Southern Epistemologies. The intention is to present an introductory text of these proposals and their connections, making visible the contribution that the invisible people bring to society: the resistance that proves that another way of existing, based on collectivity and harmony with nature, is not only possible, as it exists. Development is not the solution to the current crises, it is the cause of them.

Ambos, post-desarrollo y Bien Vivir no son corrientes homogéneas, pero presentan aspectos comunes que posibilitan ser tratadas en conjunto, y componen las Epistemologías del Sur. La intención es presentar un texto introductorio de esas propuestas y sus conexiones visibilizando la contribución que los invisibles traen a la sociedad: la resistencia que prueba que otro modo de existir, pautado en la colectividad y en la armonía con la naturaleza, no sólo es posible, como existe. El desarrollo no es la solución para las crisis actuales, es la causa de ellas.Apresenta-se a crítica ao desenvolvimento, através do questionamento de seus pilares e interesses, bem como de sua epistemologia, por meio do Bem Viver, como uma proposta de pós-desenvolvimento. Ambos, pós-desenvolvimento e Bem Viver não são correntes homogêneas, mas apresentam aspectos comuns que possibilitam serem tratadas em conjunto, e compõem as Epistemologias do Sul. A intenção é apresentar um texto introdutório dessas propostas e suas conexões visibilizando a contribuição que os invisíveis trazem à sociedade: a resistência que prova que um outro modo de existir, pautado na coletividade e na harmonia com a natureza, não só é possível, como existe.
