Resumo: | Based on training oriented to the application of rational management practices for beef cattle, this article reflects on the proposals for new work dynamics with farm animals. Events like this combine motivational and training sessions for cowboys, whose pedagogical character focuses on the transmission of scientific knowledge about animal welfare. The theoretical-motivational articulation of this training manifests a perspective of transformation in the ethos of rural work towards the professionalization required by industrial livestock, basing on the natural behavior of cattle - that which is ethologically defined as proper to the species - the management techniques compatible with this productive model. |
