Resumo: Chagasia rozeboomi, a new anopheline from Ceará, Brazil, was first recorded by the authors in a paper treating with anopheline eggs. The description and illustration of all stages of the life cycle of Chagasia rozeboomi and table of differential characters for the identification of the four known species of the genus Chagasia are presented.
