Infographics: of the concept to the practice of teaching

Resumo: The present article brings as an object of study the infographics and their potential for teaching, a theme originating from the discipline Teaching and Technologies of the Professional Master in Technological Education-MPET. It arose from the need to think about new teaching resources to enhance teaching activities.The objective of the research was to provide a moment of training for knowledge and construction of this technological resource in an alternative way: manual and digital, through a workshop offered to professionals in the area of education. Qualitative methodology and the maker method (do it yourself) were used in daily meetings for a week. The workshop offered conceptual information about infographics, as well as providing interaction in the construction of the tool in both manual and digital forms. The results showed that infographics are potentially effective resources, both for the possibility of summarizing content and for the aesthetic capacity capable of making long and complex texts into readings that are easy to understand.

Surgiu da necessidade de se pensar em novos recursos didáticos para potencializar atividades de ensino. O objetivo da pesquisa foi propiciar um momento de formação para conhecimento e construção desse recurso tecnológico de forma alternativa: manual e digital, através de uma oficina oferecida a profissionais da área da educação. Utilizou-se a metodologia qualitativa e o método maker (faça você mesmo) em encontros diários durante uma semana. A oficina ofereceu informações conceituais sobre infográficos, bem como propiciou a interação na construção da ferramenta tanto na forma manual quanto na forma digital.
