BRAZILIAN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION: AN ANALYSIS FROM THE INTERNATIONAL PERSPECTIVE

Resumo: | This article presents different professional education experiences around the world, by describing the Brazilian, Finnish and German systems, and exchange ideas about their similarities and differences, in order to enrich the debates on different training paths. The methodology uses bibliographic research about integrated training and professional education, and structural dualities and barriers to the achievement of integral education are discussed. From the proposed analyzes it is possible to conclude there is no adequate standard of professional training, since each experience is influenced by socio-historical issues, and this type of education must always lead to human formation and prioritize social and non-market needs. |

A metodologia utiliza de pesquisa bibliográfica acerca de formação integrada e ensino profissional, e são discutidas as dualidades estruturais e as barreiras à concretização da educação integral.
