Resumo: | The goal of this study was to evaluate high moisture saturation environments for rooting cuttings from guava. The experiment was carried out in randomized complete block design infactorial scheme composed by guava tree cultivars (Paluma and Cortibel 6), types of cuttings (softwood cuttings and minicuttings), and rooting environments (conventional chamber with intermittent nebulization and minichambers constituted of plastic containers). Four repetitions were used and the experimental plots were composed by ten softwood cuttings or minicuttings. Rooting of ‘Paluma’ ranged between 77.5 and 97.5 % and of ‘Cortibel 6’ between 2.5 and 57.5%, depending on the environment and the propagation technique. |

O experimento foi conduzido em delineamento de blocos ao acaso, em esquema fatorial, constituído por cultivares de goiabeiras (Paluma e Cortibel 6), tipos de propágulos (estacas herbáceas e miniestacas) e ambientes de enraizamento (câmara convencional com nebulização intermitente e minicâmaras plásticas). Foram utilizadas quatro repetições e parcelas experimentais compostas por dez estacas ou miniestacas. O enraizamento da ‘Paluma’ variou entre 77,5 e 97,5% e da‘Cortibel’ entre 2,5 e 57,5%, dependendo do ambiente e tipo de propágulo utilizado.
