Resumo: This works presents the technique of tension analysis and current parasite in shafts of electric engines. It is a predictive technique, recently launched in the market, which uses the sensor shaft probe. This sensor is rested on the shaft of the engine and the signals are collected by the collector/data analyzer UltraSpec 8000. The tests were carried out through a didactic schematic project of the experimental setup in which the different levels of tensions and currents in the shaft of the engine were introduced in the front bearing of an electric motor. A connected direct-current generator coupled to the engine, by means of a flexible coupling, was used as load system. The objective is to know the levels of the amplitude of tension and current allowing a longer life. Vibration analysis, being a traditional predictive technique was also used to validate the experimental tests.

A análise de tensão e corrente parasita é uma técnica preditiva, recentemente lançada no mercado. O sensor é apoiado no eixo do motor e os sinais são coletados através do coletor/analisador de dados UltraSpec 8000. Os testes foram realizados em uma bancada onde os diferentes níveis de tensões e correntes foram introduzidos no rolamento dianteiro de um motor elétrico. Um gerador de corrente contínua acoplado ao motor, através de um acoplamento flexível, foi usado como sistema de carga. O objetivo é conhecer os níveis das amplitudes de tensão e corrente nos rolamentos, permitindo uma vida útil maior.
