THE EMPTYING AND FRAGMENTATION OF CONTENT AS PROTAGONISTS OF THE DISSEMINATION OF FAKES NEWS: THE CASE OF THE INFRARED THERMOMETER

Resumo: Thermometers are instruments used to measure the temperature of a body. The model known as infrared or pyrometer becomes popular in front of the efforts to fight off the pandemic. When it pointed to the person, it is capable to receive the infrared radiation emitted and, thus assess the temperature without needs of touch. However, this device was target of several announce transmitted from the social media. The assess of temperature have stopped to be measured in forehead, like the beginning of pandemicto be measured on the arm or hands of the clients who entered the local trade. This change of behavior noticed in the region, expose a concern: the power of false news or fake news in the social behavior. This article thus discusses the needs of promote the scientific literacy, highlighting the dangerous of the emptying of content and expropriation on the role of the teacher as the knowledge transmitter. With the final results, we show the scientific concepts involved in the assess of temperature by the infrared thermometer with the purpose of promote and disseminate the scientific knowledge in a trend of opposition to the conspiracy theory’s rising.

El modelo conocido como infrarrojo o pirómetro se populariza ante los esfuerzos para combatir la pandemia. Cuando se apunta a la persona, es capaz de recibir La radiación infrarroja emitida y, por lo tanto, evaluarla temperatura sin necesidad de tocarla. Sin embargo, este dispositivo fue objeto de vários anúncios em las redes sociales. Ya no se mide la temperatura en la frente, como se mide el início de la pandemia para medir em El brazo y en las manos de los clientes que ingresaban al comercio local. Este cambio de comportamiento percibido em La región expone una preocupación: el poder de las notícias falsas o fake new senelcomportamiento social. Este artículo discute así La necesidad de promover La alfabetización científica, destacando El peligro de lo vaciamiento de contenido y expropiación de lo papel del docente como transmisor de conocimiento. Com los resultados finales, mostramos los conceptos científicos involucrados em La evaluación de temperatura por el termómetro infrarrojo com el objetivo de promover y difundir El conocimiento científico en una tendencia de oposición al surgimiento de teorías conspirativas.Termômetros são instrumentos utilizados para medir a temperatura de um corpo. O modelo conhecido por infravermelho ou pirômetro tem se tornado popular frente as medidas de combate a pandemia. Quando apontado para o indivíduo, é capaz de captar a radiação infravermelha emitida e, assim aferir a temperatura sem necessidade de contato. No entanto, este dispositivo foi alvo de diversas notícias veiculadas pelas mídias sociais. A aferição da temperatura, deixou de ser obtida pela testa, como no início da pandemia, para ser tomada no braço ou nas mãos dos clientes que adentravam o comércio local. Esta mudança de comportamento observada na região, expõe uma preocupação: o poder das notícias falsas ou Fake News no comportamento social. Assim, este artigo discute a necessidade de promover a alfabetização científica, enfatizando os perigos do esvaziamento do conteúdo e expropriação do papel do professor como agente transmissor do conhecimento.
