Ethical actions to fight bullying: a look at the official documents of professional technical education

Resumo: Bullying refers to the demonstration of interpersonal power through the practice of actions related to aggression/violence in schools. Thus, this article investigates how the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Mato Grosso (IFMT) presents the theme of bullying in its official documents, considering the transformations provided by public policies in Brazilian education. The work was carried othrough bibliographic and documental research, in which we sought to analyze the institut ution's normative instruments in the light of national educational legislation. Among the results, it was found that in the documents analyzed the concern and care with the theme are perceptible. However, that ethics, as a guiding theme for debates and actions - a means to mitigate acts of intimidation and physical and psychological aggression among students - still appears as a new issue that needs attention beyond official documents, in a work that permeates, in particular, the entire school environment.

Así, este artículo investiga cómo el Instituto Federal de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología de Mato Grosso (IFMT) presenta el tema del bullying en sus documentos oficiales, considerando las transformaciones proporcionadas por las políticas públicas en la educación brasileña. El trabajo se realizó a través de una investigación bibliográfica y documental, en la que se buscó analizar los instrumentos normativos de la institución a la luz de la legislación educativa nacional. Entre los resultados, se constató que en los documentos analizados es perceptible la preocupación y el cuidado con el tema. Sin embargo, esa ética, como hilo conductor de debates y acciones - medio para mitigar actos de intimidación y agresiones físicas y psíquicas entre estudiantes - aún aparece como un tema nuevo que requiere atención más allá de los documentos oficiales, en un trabajo que permea, en particular, todo el entorno escolar.O bullying refere-se à demonstração de poder interpessoal mediante prática de ações relativas à agressão/violência nas escolas. Assim, o presente artigo investiga como o Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Mato Grosso (IFMT) apresenta a temática do bullying em seus documentos oficiais, considerando as transformações proporcionadas pelas políticas públicas na educação brasileira. O trabalho foi realizado por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, na qual buscou-se analisar os instrumentos normativos da instituição à luz da legislação educacional nacional. Entre os resultados, constatou-se que, nos documentos analisados, são perceptíveis a preocupação e o cuidado com a temática.
