REFLECTIONS ON THE REPORTS OF UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS IN EXACT SCIENCES OF THE PEDAGOGICAL RESIDENCY PROGRAM

Resumo: This article aims to present considerations about the reports collected from undergraduate scholarships in the Pedagogical Residency Program at the Federal University of Pampa. The reports were analyzed by the preceptor and supervisor of the program through the importance of the search for the formation of the reflective teacher and for the continuity of the programs that are part of the National Policy for Teacher Education. The data is weighted by Bardin's content analysis based on the answers given to the question: "how would you define your participation during the hours of the PRP?”. From the analysis of the reports, it is highlighted that the Program allows future teachers to know and act in education, work in collaboration with other professionals and constantly seek improvement through the mutual exchange of knowledge. The reflections address both the difficulties encountered and the improvements made and reaffirm the importance of using theory combined with practice in the teacher training process.

Estos son analizados por el preceptor y supervisor del programa, así como la importancia de la búsqueda de la formación del docente reflexivo y la continuidad de los programas que forman parte de la Política Nacional de Formación Docente. Los datos son ponderados por el análisis de contenido de Bardin basado en las respuestas dadas a la pregunta "¿Cómo definiría su participación durante las horas de conducta del PRP?" Del análisis de los informes, se destaca que el Programa permite a los futuros docentes conocer y actuar en educación, trabajar en colaboración con otros profesionales y buscar superarse constantemente a través del intercambio mutuo de conocimientos. Las reflexiones abordan tanto las dificultades encontradas como las superaciones realizadas y reafirman la importancia de utilizar la teoría combinada con la práctica en el proceso de formación docente.Este artigo tem por objetivo apresentar considerações sobre relatos coletados de licenciandos bolsistas do Programa de Residência Pedagógica da Universidade Federal do Pampa. Estes são analisados pela preceptora e orientadora do programa, abordando a importância da busca pela formação do professor reflexivo e da continuidade de programas que integram a Política Nacional de Formação de Professores. Os dados são ponderados pela análise de conteúdo de Bardin a partir das respostas dadas a questão de pergunta: “como definiria sua participação durante as horas de regência do PRP?”. Pela análise dos relatos, destaca-se que o programa possibilita aos futuros docentes conhecer e atuar na educação, trabalhar colaborativamente com outros profissionais e buscar aperfeiçoamento constantemente através de uma troca mútua de saberes.
