Resumo: Iniciamos una nueva andadura en nuestro estudio de la historia de la literatura en España. Si en Literatura Española I conocimos los principales hitos de las letras en lengua castellana desde sus primeras manifestaciones hasta las grandes creaciones de los Siglos de Oro (XVI y XVII), el curso que aquí comienza completará nuestra panorámica histórica analizando la literatura producida en España en los siglos XVIII, XIX y XX. Las clases de este curso te permitirán conocer los principales movimientos literarios que se dieron en España durante esos siglos y los autores más relevantes de cada época, además del contexto histórico en el que se produjeron las diferentes manifestaciones de la literatura española. Como de costumbre, te propondremos diversas lecturas para un mejor conocimiento de algunas obras de especial importancia, así como ejercicios de autoevaluación para que puedas poner a prueba periódicamente tu comprensión de los principales contenidos. La primera unidad de este nuevo curso estará dedicada a la literatura de la Ilustración, movimiento que marcó la cultura europea – incluida la española – durante el siglo XVIII. La segunda unidad se centrará en el siglo XIX, en el que destacaron muy especialmente la literatura del Romanticismo y la novela realista y naturalista. Con las unidades tercera y cuarta entraremos en la literatura del siglo XX, que en España estuvo marcada por un trágico divisor de aguas: la Guerra Civil que se produjo entre 1936 y 1939, y que daría lugar a la dictadura militar del General Franco. Primero, en la unidad tres, analizaremos las principales generaciones literarias antes del conflicto bélico; posteriormente, en la unidad cuatro, repasaremos la literatura producida en España durante la dictadura franquista y tras la recuperación de las instituciones democráticas a mediados de la década de 1970, llegando hasta finales del siglo XX.

description Iniciamos una nueva andadura en nuestro estudio de la historia de la literatura en España. Si en Literatura Española I conocimos los principales hitos de las letras en lengua castellana desde sus primeras manifestaciones hasta las grandes creaciones de los Siglos de Oro (XVI y XVII), el curso que aquí comienza completará nuestra panorámica histórica analizando la literatura producida en España en los siglos XVIII, XIX y XX. Las clases de este curso te permitirán conocer los principales movimientos literarios que se dieron en España durante esos siglos y los autores más relevantes de cada época, además del contexto histórico en el que se produjeron las diferentes manifestaciones de la literatura española. Como de costumbre, te propondremos diversas lecturas para un mejor conocimiento de algunas obras de especial importancia, así como ejercicios de autoevaluación para que puedas poner a prueba periódicamente tu comprensión de los principales contenidos. La primera unidad de este nuevo curso estará dedicada a la literatura de la Ilustración, movimiento que marcó la cultura europea – incluida la española – durante el siglo XVIII. La segunda unidad se centrará en el siglo XIX, en el que destacaron muy especialmente la literatura del Romanticismo y la novela realista y naturalista. Con las unidades tercera y cuarta entraremos en la literatura del siglo XX, que en España estuvo marcada por un trágico divisor de aguas: la Guerra Civil que se produjo entre 1936 y 1939, y que daría lugar a la dictadura militar del General Franco. Primero, en la unidad tres, analizaremos las principales generaciones literarias antes del conflicto bélico; posteriormente, en la unidad cuatro, repasaremos la literatura producida en España durante la dictadura franquista y tras la recuperación de las instituciones democráticas a mediados de la década de 1970, llegando hasta finales del siglo XX.
