Resumo: The continuous growth of computational processing capacity, the number of connected devices and advances in communications, the Internet has become a protagonist of an era, in wich everything is concerning information. However, with the of available services and technologies, the current Internet architecture, developed more than 40 years ago, has been shown signs of its age. As a consequence, problems that were unthinkable at the beginning have been increasingly showing up in the last years. This work makes use of a new network architecture to create services that solve problems of dynamic allocation of physical substrate resources - hardware and network elements - representating and controlling them using NovaGenesis architecture. The NovaGenesis is a future Internet project initiated in 2008 at Inatel, which proposes a new Internet architecture from scratch, based primarily on naming, name resolution, selforganization, programmable networks and representation of physical world devices. Four new NovaGenesis services to deal with dynamics resource allocation on wireless environment were developed and implemented in this work. They represent real-world devices like a spectrum analyzer or an Wi-Fi access point. Also, network elements can be defined by software ? they are controlled and managed by NovaGenesis through a decision service that dynamically configure data flow forwarding using OpenFlow protocol. Are services of spectral sensing, which takes data from spectrum analyzer and sends it to NovaGenesis, resource management that make decisions and triggers operational commands to access points and software-defined networks. A proof of concept of these services working together is presented, and the relationship with the Internet of Things is also explored. Moreover, it is presented a proposal of their implementation in real telecom networks in colaboration with the Wireless and Optical Convergent Access (WOCA) Laboratory.

A informa??o ? o centro de nossa era, a Era Digital. Por?m, com o aumento das ofertas de servi?os e tecnologias dispon?veis, a arquitetura atual da Internet, desenvolvida a mais de quarenta anos tem mostrado sinais de sua idade. Com isso, problemas que antes eram impens?veis ? ?poca de sua cria??o come?aram a emergir. Este trabalho faz o uso de uma nova arquitetura de rede idealizada para criar servi?os que resolvem problemas de aloca??o din?mica de recursos de substrato f?sico - equipamentos, hardware e elementos de rede - representa??o e controle de dispositivos utilizando a NovaGenesis. A NovaGenesis ? uma proposta de Internet do Futuro iniciada em 2008 no Inatel que prop?e uma nova arquitetura de Internet ?do zero?, baseada principalmente em nomea??o e resolu??o de nomes, auto-organiza??o de servi?os, redes program?veis e servi?os representantes. Foram desenvolvidos quatro novos servi?os para a NovaGenesis, para lidar com os problemas apresentados que representam dispositivos do mundo real, como um analisador de espectro e um access point, bem como elementos de redes definidas por software que podem ser controlados e gerenciados pela NovaGenesis a partir de um servi?o de tomada de decis?es - um gerente de aloca??o din?mica de recursos. S?o os servi?os de sensoriamento espectral, que faz a captura de informa??es de um analisador de espectro e envia para a NovaGenesis, de gerenciamento de recursos que toma decis?es e dispara, atrav?s da NovaGenesis, comandos de opera??es em access points e redes geridas por software.
