Resumo: Results of treatment for meduloblastoma were evaluated in 17 patients at Centro de Oncologia Campinas (Sao Paulo, Brazil). Follow-up periods ranged from 5 to 88 months. All patients underwent surgery and radiotherapy. Recurrences ocurred in two patients (22.5%). Overall survival rate at 1 year was 94%and it was 85% at 5 years. Neurological sequelae were considered to be minimal and inexpressive.

O período de seguimento variou entre cinco e 88 meses até o levantamento dos dados. Todos os pacientes foram tratados por cirurgia e radioterapia. Houve recidiva em dois pacientes (22,5%) e a sobrevida geral foi de 94% para um ano e de 85% para cinco anos.
