Resumo: Primary extracranial neuroblastoma relapsing in the central nervous system is rare. We describe two cases of adrenal neuroblastoma in two white female children with 13 months and 24 months old, respectively. The first presented intracranial metastases during the treatment for dlsseminated neuroblastoma. The second patient presented intracranial hypertension, and the abdominal tumor was only discovered when the child was assessed in according with our clinical protocol. We warn for the importance of the neurologicalexamination in the child with neuroblastoma, mainly when there are tumoral metastases for the cranial bones.
