Resumo: The authors propose a review about Tumor Marker CA 15.3 and Breast Cancer. Among different tumor markers that have been used in the Breast Cancer the CA 15.3 has showed the best results. Otherwise, until that moment we can't consider the CA 15.3 as an ideal tumor marker, because it has a low sensibility to diagnosis early disease. New researchs should be done about breast cancer and tumor markers
