Resumo: The author studies the actual knowledge of câncer of uterine body. using the National Institute of Câncer casuistic and conduts. 1st - Curietherapy only is not enough: finished bv chirurgic assoatead, has get percentuais of cure of 80%. 2nd - Ehat realizing the disadvantages of the pre-operatory curie-therapy, continues to use the association of the two arms (curie & surgery).
