THE IMPACTS OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ON THE PSYCHIC HEALTH OF HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS: an integrative review

Resumo: The general objective of the work was to discuss some psychosocial aspects, caused by the COVID 19 pandemic in health professionals who work on the front line. In order to reach the general objective, it was necessary to outline the following specific objectives: to address in the first section definitions about the origins, clinical manifestations and psychic health of health professionals; to carry out, in the second section, an analysis of articles similar to the theme, relating them and seeking to achieve the main objective. This is basic research, with a qualitative approach. As for the procedure, an integrative literature review was adopted. It was concluded that it is necessary to adopt more energetic measures in order to take care of the psychic health of health professionals, and it is even possible to adopt intervention measures.

Para alcanzar el objetivo general, fue necesario esbozar los siguientes objetivos específicos: abordar en la primera sección definiciones sobre los orígenes, las manifestaciones clínicas y la salud psíquica de los profesionales de la salud; realizar, en el segundo apartado, un análisis de artículos similares a la temática, relacionándolos y buscando alcanzar el objetivo principal. Se trata de investigación básica, con un enfoque cualitativo. En cuanto al procedimiento, se adoptó una revisión integradora de la literatura. Se concluyó que es necesario adoptar medidas más enérgicas para cuidar la salud psíquica de los profesionales de la salud, e incluso es posible adoptar medidas de intervención.O objetivo geral do trabalho foi  discorrer sobre alguns aspectos psicossociais, ocasionados pela pandemia do COVID 19 nos profissionais da saúde que atuam na linha de frente. Para alcançar-se o objetivo geral, foi preciso delinear os seguintes objetivos específicos: abordar na primeira seção definições sobre as origens, as manifestações clínicas e sobre a saúde psíquica dos profissionais da saúde; realizar, na segunda seção, uma análise de artigos similares ao tema, relacionando-os e buscando atingir o objetivo principal. Trata-se de pesquisa básica, de abordagem qualitativa. Quanto ao procedimento, adotou-se a revisão de literatura integrativa.
