Resumo: | In the construction of contemporary societies, social interaction requires organizing and standardizing instruments that regulate the rights and duties of citizens. In this respect, Education is an important instrument of information, dissemination and control of the rights and duties of citizens in democratic societies. Therefore, the objective of this study was to reflect on Human Rights Education, weaving indications that contribute to educational policy makers, teachers and educators, improvement for the dissemination of people's fundamental rights. Highlighting access to education as a fundamental subjective public right, a duty of the State and the family provided for in the 1988 Federal Constitution. about the theme. Final considerations: the importance of incorporating the concepts of citizenship from the child's arrival to school is emphasized, considering that social theories strengthen the learning model aimed at the transversality of teaching/learning of DHs in basic education, highlighting the objectives of instruction based on the self-esteem of the low-sufficient. Therefore, the suggestion is for the formulation of public policies aimed at detecting and solving eventual methodological deficiencies, thus helping the work of teachers and educators. |

Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este estudio fue reflexionar sobre la Educación en Derechos Humanos tejiendo indicaciones que contribuyan a los hacedores de políticas educativas, docentes y educadores, mejorando para la difusión de los derechos fundamentales de las personas. Resaltando el acceso a la educación como un derecho público subjetivo fundamental, un deber del Estado y de la familia previsto en la Constitución Federal de 1988. En la metodología cualitativa descriptiva y exploratoria, se realizó un levantamiento bibliográfico y documental para sustentar los instrumentos jurídicos de del Estado brasileño que tratan sobre el tema. Consideraciones finales: se destaca la importancia de incorporar los conceptos de ciudadanía desde la llegada del niño a la escuela, considerando que las teorías sociales fortalecen el modelo de aprendizaje tendiente a la transversalidad de la enseñanza/aprendizaje de los HD en la educación básica, destacando los objetivos de la instrucción basada en la autoestima de los hiposuficientes. Por lo tanto, la sugerencia es para la formulación de políticas públicas dirigidas a detectar y solucionar posibles deficiencias metodológicas, auxiliando así la labor de docentes y educadores.Na construção das sociedades contemporâneas, o convívio social exige organizar e estandardizar instrumentos que regulam os direitos e deveres do cidadão, nesse aspecto a Educação é um importante instrumento de informação, disseminação e controle dos direitos e deveres do cidadão nas sociedades democráticas. Portanto, o objetivo deste estudo foi refletir sobre a Educação em Direitos Humanos tecendo indicações que contribuam aos formuladores de políticas educacionais, professores e educadores, aperfeiçoamento para a disseminação dos direitos fundamentais das pessoas. Destacando o acesso à educação como direito público subjetivo fundamental, dever do Estado e da família previsto na Constituição Federal de 1988. Utilizou-se da metodologia do tipo qualitativa descritiva e exploratória, efetuou-se um levantamento bibliográfico e documental para embasamento sobre os instrumentos legais do Estado brasileiro que versam sobre a temática. Considerações finais: ressalta-se a importância de incorporar os conceitos de cidadania desde a chegada da criança à escola, considerando-se que as teorias sociais fortalecem o modelo de aprendizagem voltado à transversalidade do ensino/aprendizagem de DHs na educação básica, destacando os objetivos da instrução assentada na autoestima dos hipossuficientes.
