Resumo: The female of Macrosoma klagesi (Prout, 1916) is described and illustrated for the first time based on individuals collected in the municipality of Presidente Figueiredo, state of Amazonas, Brazil. The male genital strutures are redescribed and illustrated. © 2009 Sociedade Brasileira De Entomologia.
