Resumo: A fabrica????o de pe??as met??licas via impress??o 3D tem ganhado destaque pela sua efic??cia na manufatura de geometrias complexas e com pouco consumo de material. Uma das estrat??gias de sinteriza????o utilizadas para impress??o 3D ?? a Fus??o Seletiva a Laser (FSL), que consiste na completa fus??o dos p??s met??licos por meio de um feixe laser. As pe??as obtidas por esse processo apresentam uma superf??cie com ondula????es peri??dicas e anisotropias relacionadas ?? dire????o da sinteriza????o. No entanto, o efeito dessa ondula????o e da anisotropia das pe??as nas suas propriedades mec??nicas e na sua usinabilidade ?? pouco conhecido. Visto isso, este trabalho visa examinar amostras da liga de tit??nio Ti6Al4V impressas por FSL, mediante an??lises de dureza, rugosidade e por microsc??pio ??ptico para ensaios de microfresamento.
