Resumo: Devido a evolu????o tecnol??gica as mudan??as na manuten????o industrial tem recebido um impacto muito grande com as tomadas de decis??es durante as interven????es, pois estamos entrando na ind??stria 4.0. Cada vez mais existe um interesse muito grande das empresas em analisar os dados dos equipamentos para identificar o que chamamos de ponto preditivo, ou seja, o momento certo de parada do equipamento para realizar as atividades de manuten????o garantindo a confiabilidade do sistema. O trabalho apresenta a an??lise dos dados de manuten????o corretiva (mec??nica) e preditiva (Vibra????es mec??nicas) dos conjuntos motobomba coletados em 8 anos de trabalho indicando os pontos cr??ticos, consumo de energia e indicadores de classe mundial utilizados nas ind??strias que buscam a excel??ncia na manuten????o industrial.
