Resumo: The bibliographical research deals with gynecological disease in obstetric outcomes: women's health in the face of endometriosis and adenomyosis a study on their subsequent consequences, which aimed to evaluate women's behavior when faced with the diagnosis of endometriosis and adenomyosis and elucidate possible methods for treatment . The present work was developed based on a qualitative bibliographic review that aimed to analyze what is a woman's perception of the impact of unpreventable uterine conditions? Scientific articles were researched between the years 2017 and 2021, with some works extracted from complementary sources. Endometriosis is a gynecological disease, resulting from the frequency of ectopic endometrial tissue that affects around 5 to 15% of women of childbearing age worldwide. Adenomyosis is a gynecological situation, classified by the absorption of glandular endometrial stromal tissue into the myometrium, causing enlargement of the uterine capacity. Therefore, it is of great importance that healthcare professionals take a more careful look at the signs and symptoms for suspecting endometriosis and adenomyosis.
