Summary: | The present study aims to analyze the foundations and impacts of Resolution n. 569/2019 of the Federal Council of Administration (CFA) in this area of training. Regarding the methodological procedures, a qualitative research was carried out, exploratory, descriptive, documentary and field research. Among the main results, it is highlighted that the main constituent foundation of Resolution n. 569/2019 of the CFA is a Technical Cooperation Agreement signed between the Public Ministry of Labor and some professional councils. With regard to the impacts of Resolution n. 569/2019 of the CFA, it was found that undergraduates in the Administration area are missing internship opportunities due to the requirements of that document. In turn, those who manage to intern in companies whose supervisors have degrees in Administration reported a positive experience with such professionals. |

O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar os fundamentos e impactos da Resolução n. 569/2019 do Conselho Federal de Administração (CFA) nesta área de formação. No que se refere aos procedimentos metodológicos, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo exploratória, descritiva, documental e de campo. Dentre os principais resultados, destaca-se que o principal fundamento constituinte da Resolução n. 569/2019 do CFA é um Acordo de Cooperação Técnica firmado entre o Ministério Público do Trabalho e alguns conselhos profissionais. No que se refere aos impactos da Resolução n. 569/2019 do CFA, constatou-se que graduandos da área de Administração estão perdendo oportunidades de estágio em virtude das exigências do referido documento. Por sua vez, aqueles que conseguem estagiar em empresas cujos supervisores são formados em Administração relataram uma experiência positiva com tais profissionais.
