This study aimed to demonstrate the importance of women in the logistical scope, mentioning a little of the history experienced by them until the present day, all the difficulties faced, advances in the labor market and, above all, achievements made through a lot of persistence and struggles for gender equality within the organization. In the beginning, logistics was a sector in which it was seen exclusively by men, and for women as professionals it was seen as a resistance to companies, and over time they gained more and more space and recognition in their work within the labor market. Given this context, this work aims to verify the relevance of the insertion of women within the logistics operations and the benefits that it provides equally to men. For this purpose, the qualitative research method was used, using a questionnaire as a technique for data collection through the Microsoft forms platform, thus concluding as a result the increase of women within logistical positions, and the demonstration of the space that comes being conquered by them, in order to show the capacity to hold any position and mitigate the index of prejudice and exclusion against women.
