Resumo: With the outbreak of the pandemic state in March 2020, inequalities in health systems around the world were also highlighted, including in Brazil, and in this context health professionals are included, who have played a vital role in fighting the new coronavirus. In this way, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused health professionals to face several challenges, both from a physical and mental point of view. The objective of this work is to describe, from the literature, what has been published about the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the quality of life and job satisfaction of health professionals in Brazil. This is an integrative literature review, data collection took place in February and March 2023, through the Virtual Health Library (VHL) Database, in the time frame between the years 2020 to 2022, totaling the corpus of 8 publications. The articles found answered the research question and favored knowledge regarding the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the quality of life, job satisfaction and human needs of health professionals. The main results were about factors associated with wear and physical and mental exhaustion, low level of professional achievement; some sociodemographic factors; working conditions and the effects of acting on the front lines of Covid-19 on the health of these professionals. The Covid-19 pandemic had a very strong negative impact on the quality of life and job satisfaction of health professionals in Brazil. Thus, it is extremely important to support the work of these workers, making it necessary to establish public policies focused on health professionals, since they are primarily responsible for ensuring the quality of services offered to the population.
