NURSING ASSISTANCE TO PATIENTS VICTIMS OF ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION: AN INTEGRATIVE REVIEW

Resumo: Objectives: To investigate the role of the nursing professional in assisting patients suffering from Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI). Methodology: The integrative literature review was adopted as the methodology in this study. A search was performed at the Virtual Health Library (VHL), with LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences) and BDENF (Nursing Database) being chosen as the database. Results: Twelve articles were selected, out of a total of 95, found for the research. The importance of the performance of the nursing team with AMI patients from diagnosis to discharge was shown. After confirmation of AMI, the nurse continues to assist the patient. You must prepare a care plan, meeting all your needs, paying attention to the oxygenation and ventilation, circulation and perfusion offered, giving attention to pain control, offering biopsychosocial and spiritual security. Conclusion: It was verified how essential the nurse's performance is in the care provided to patients suffering from AMI, from diagnosis to post-discharge.

Metodologia: Foi adotada como metodologia no presente trabalho, a revisão integrativa de literatura. Foi realizado uma busca na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), sendo escolhida como base de dados a LILACS (Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde) e a BDENF (Base de Dados de Enfermagem). Resultados: Selecionaram-se doze artigos, de um total de 95 encontrados, para a realização da pesquisa. Mostrou-se a importância da atuação da equipe de enfermagem com paciente IAM do diagnóstico à alta-hospitalar. Após a confirmação do IAM, o enfermeiro continua a sua assistência junto ao paciente. Deve preparar um plano de cuidados, atendendo a todas as suas necessidades, estando atento à oxigenação e ventilação, circulação e perfusão oferecidos, dar atenção ao controle da dor, oferecendo segurança biopsicossocial e espiritual.
