Resumo: The nurse is one of the members of the multidisciplinary team that makes up the Family Health Strategy, developing an important work of health promotion and disease prevention, mainly aimed at the aged with stroke sequelae. Objective: To carry out a bibliographical survey on the service offered by nursing in Primary Health Care to the aged affected by stroke. Methods: This is a systematic review of the literature, which gathered scientific articles published between 2012 and 2022 and indexed in the Scielo, Lillacs, Pubmed and Google Scholar databases, containing information about the service offered to the aged with post-stroke sequelae in the Units of Family Health in Brazilian municipalities. Conclusion: The care of nursing professionals is essential for the care of elderly patients with stroke, and these professionals must undergo continuing education and adopt a comprehensive approach, focused on the patient and his family so that the service provided to this public is effective.

O enfermeiro é um dos membros da equipe multiprofissional que compõe a Estratégia Saúde da Família, desenvolvendo um importante trabalho de promoção de saúde e prevenção de agravos, principalmente voltado aos idosos com sequelas de acidente vascular cerebral. Objetivo: Realizar um levantamento bibliográfico sobre o serviço oferecido pela enfermagem na Atenção Primária à Saúde ao idoso acometido por acidente vascular cerebral. Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, que reuniu artigos científicos publicados entre 2012 e 2022 e indexados nas bases de dados Scielo, Lillacs, Pubmed e Google Acadêmico, contendo informações sobre o serviço oferecido aos idosos com sequela pós AVE nas Unidades de Saúde da Família dos municípios brasileiros.
