Resumo: | The theme under study is directed to the teacher, his craft in a technologically modern society, but outdated in the human aspect. This research will address the real working conditions of teachers and the high number of physical and especially mental illness of these professionals. The value of teachers cannot be denied in a society that places education as a driving force, but very little discusses the working conditions of the teacher. This research aims to raise several questions that involve the life of this professional, from his choice for the profession until his retirement and / or career end, aiming mainly to understand the illness of teachers inserted in daily school, focusing on risk factors and its main influences for triggering mental disorders of these professionals, aiming at the search for preventive actions. Methodology: A field research will be conducted after approval by the ethics committee, through a questionnaire that will be prepared with the respective theme, in December 2019 (probable date, depending on the approval of the ethics committee to which we submit such research). Throughout the surveys, the number of teachers will be specified: gender, education, who had or are having health problems and which, those who have been rehabilitated and those who have not had any problems. Final Considerations: When something is concluded, it is understood that it has reached the end of some action. Therefore, this work intends to reach an understanding regarding the theme in question, not finishing, but leaving notes, suggestions and content for further research. |
