Pedagogical workshops and preparation of a guiding script for the applicability of the Nursing Process (NP) in adult inpatient units of a public hospital: Experience report

Resumo: The Nursing Process is a methodological tool that guides professional care and its documentation, highlighting contributions to the health care of the population, increasing visibility and professional recognition. It should be carried out deliberately and systematically in all environments, public or private, where care takes place. Objective: To describe the experiences of two nurses in facilitating pedagogical workshops and drawing up a guiding script for applying the Nursing Process in adult inpatient units at a public hospital in Alagoas. Method: This was a descriptive, exploratory study, with a qualitative approach based on action research, associated with an experience report, carried out in a state public hospital in the city of Maceió, between March and June 2023.  Results and Discussion: The experiences presented here are organized into seven steps, ranging from the initial organization to the pedagogical workshops for implementing the EP in the scope of care in the inpatient units of a public hospital in the SUS network. Final considerations: This experience report shows that nursing has aligned its practices with a bureaucratic model of administration, which is often far removed from the objective of clinical judgment of care proposed by the theoretical, legal and scientific bases of the SAE and the PE.

Devendo ser realizado, de modo deliberado e sistemático, em todos os ambientes, públicos ou privados em que ocorre o cuidado. Objetivo: descrever as experiências de dois enfermeiros na facilitação de oficinas pedagógicas e na elaboração de um roteiro norteador para aplicabilidade do Processo de Enfermagem em unidades de internação adulto de um hospital público de Alagoas. Método: Consistiu em um estudo descritivo, exploratório, com abordagem qualitativa nos referenciais da pesquisa-ação, associado a um relato de experiência, realizado em um hospital público estadual, da cidade de Maceió, no período de março a junho de 2023.  Resultados e Discussão: As experiências aqui apresentadas, estão organizadas em sete passos, que vão da organização inicial até as oficinas pedagógicas para implantação do PE no âmbito da atenção nas unidades de internação de um hospital público da rede SUS.
