Resumo: Objective: To investigate the contribution of nursing in the care of patients with endometriosis. Methodology: The method chosen to carry out the present study consists of a systematic review of the literature, with a qualitative approach, searching the following databases present in the VHL: LILACS, MEDLINE and BDENF. Articles were selected in Portuguese and English, available in full and published between 2010 and 2020. Results: After analyzing the 89 articles found initially, 12 were selected to compose the final sample. With the analyzed articles, the importance of the Nursing team in the care of patients with endometriosis was observed, as well as the difficulty of these professionals to recognize their role in the care of these women. The importance of a multidisciplinary team for the biopsychosocial care of women was found. In addition, the impact that the disease has on the patient's quality of life was emphasized, such as anxiety, infertility and depressive symptoms. Conclusion: The importance of conducting field studies is evident, in order to understand which current protocols the Nursing team has followed to provide care to patients with endometriosis.
