The Social Phenomenology In Research On Strategy

Resumo: Scientific research in strategy, over time, has undergone transformations that can be analyzed as a trend in the production of knowledge in this field. This evolution takes place via the attempt to formulate a strategic knowledge toward for dynamics organizations and environments. Thus, the strategic knowledge developed so far is related to several tools to assist managers in decision-making process. However, there is strategy in other dimensions that exist per se and in themselves, but for various reasons are explored so little depth, as the strategist. This happens not for lack of interest among researchers, but by the needs of a practical nature, which are driven by the capitalist mode of production - ideology. This occurs when science studies the reality brought, not the origin or first principles. Thus, this paper investigates how the process strategy research, with the finding of the predominance of a functionalist view of research on this phenomenon. Given this context, emerged the need to to approach the topic from other perspectives, such as interpretation, for example. Thus, we intend to propose a other way to access the phenomenon from the strategic use of social phenomenology. This aspect, which belongs to the interpretative guidance paradigm, addressing issues such as intersubjectivity, alter ego, the world of life, the process of signification, typification, behavior and social action, motivation theory, construction of schemes typical ideas that have great potential to contribute to advance the understanding of the holistic strategy. The interpretive paradigm offers something extra to the strategy seeking to understand the phenomenon in light of the strategic strategist of subjectivity, considering his substantive rationality and life experience. It is noteworthy that this look is a proposal for further studies from other line of research paradigm. This approach did not show greater or lesser relevance to the current functionalist line. Therefore, this study intends to contribute to the advancement of research in strategy, although its scope is introductory, developing an innovative approach to the proposed strategic phenomenon.

Esta evolución se lleva a cabo a través del intento de formular uno saber estrategico destinado a organizaciones y ambientes dinámicos. Así, el conocimiento estratégico desarrollado hasta el momento se relaciona con varias herramientas para ayudar a los administradores en la toma de decisiones. Sin embargo, se observa la estrategia en otras dimensiones que existen por sí y en sí mismos, pero por diversas razones se estas son exploradas com tan poca profundidad, como el estratega. Esto no sucede por falta de interés entre los investigadores, sino por las necesidades de orden práctico, que son impulsados ??por el modo de producción capitalista - la ideología. Esto ocurre cuando la ciencia estudia La realidad puesta, e no la origen o los primeros principios. Por lo tanto, este trabajo investiga cómo la investigácion en estrategia se procesa, con la conclusión del predominio de una visión funcionalista de la búsqueda sobre este fenómeno. En este contexto, surgió la necesidad de abordar el tema desde otras perspectivas, como la interpretación, por ejemplo. Por lo tanto, tenemos la intención de proponer una otra forma de acceder al fenômeno estrategico a través de la utilización de la fenomenología social. Este aspecto, que pertenece al paradigma de orientación interpretativa, aborda cuestiones como la intersubjetividad, alter ego, el mundo de la vida, el proceso de la significación, la clasificación, el comportamiento y la acción social, teoría de la motivación, la construcción de los sistemas de ideas típicas que tienen un gran potencial para contribuir para avanzar en la comprensión global de la estrategia. El paradigma interpretativo oferece algo más a la estrategia ao tratar de comprender el fenómeno a la luz da subjetividad del estratega, teniendo en cuenta su racionalidad sustantiva y la experiencia de la vida. Cabe señalar que este aspecto es una propuesta de estudios de otra línea de paradigma de investigación, este enfoque no mostra mayor o menor relevancia a la línea de corriente funcionalista. Por lo tanto, este estudio pretende contribuir al avance de la investigación en la estrategia, aunque su alcance es de introducción, en la preparación de una propuesta de enfoque innovador para el fenómeno estrategico. A investigação científica em estratégia, no decorrer do tempo, vem passando por transformações que podem ser analisadas como uma evolução da produção do conhecimento neste campo. Tal evolução se processa via tentativa de formulação de um saber estratégico voltado para organizações e ambientes dinâmicos. Dessa forma, o conhecimento estratégico elaborado até o momento se relaciona com várias ferramentas para auxiliar o gestor no processo de tomada de decisão. Todavia, observa-se na estratégia outras dimensões que existem por si e em si mesmas, mas que por variados motivos são exploradas de maneira pouco aprofundada, como o estrategista. Isto se dá não por desinteresse dos pesquisadores, mas por necessidades de natureza prática, que são orientadas pelo modo de produção capitalista – ideologia. Isso ocorre quando a ciência estuda a realidade posta, não a origem ou os primeiros princípios. Desta forma, investiga-se neste trabalho como se processa a pesquisa em estratégia, com a constatação do predomínio de uma visão funcionalista na pesquisa sobre este fenômeno. Diante deste contexto, emerge a necessidade de se abordar o tema a partir de outras perspectivas, como a interpretativa, por exemplo. Outrossim, pretende-se propor um outro modo de acesso ao fenômeno estratégico a partir do emprego da fenomenologia social. Tal vertente, que pertencente à orientação paradigmática interpretativa, trata de questões como a intersubjetividade, alter ego, mundo da vida, processo de significação, tipificação, conduta e ação social, teoria da motivação, construção de esquemas típicos ideias que apresentam grande potencial de contribuição para o avanço da compreensão holística da estratégia. O paradigma interpretativo oferece algo a mais à estratégia buscando conhecer o fenômeno estratégico à luz da subjetividade de estrategista, considerando sua racionalidade substantiva e experiência de vida. Destaca-se que este olhar é uma proposta de aprofundamento dos estudos a partir de outra linha paradigmática de pesquisa, não apresentando tal orientação maior ou menor relevância que a linha vigente funcionalista.
