Resumo: | One the main factors for the growth and consolidation from tecnological small enterprises is have in it board of staff, top qualifield workforce. Though there is a big difficulty to keep up a tecnical and administrative officers in a small enterprise. The presence of masters in this enterprises, and mainly doctors, is insignificant and mostly these professionals are partners or only the enterprise’owners.This way, this paper suggests strategies for this enterprises can conscript and keep up in our professionals, highly graduated staff and competency. |

Contudo, existe uma grande dificuldade de manter um corpo técnico e administrativo qualificado em uma pequena estrutura empresarial. A presença nessas empresas de mestres e, principalmente doutores, é muito pequena e quase sempre estes profissionais são sócios ou únicos donos da empresa.
