The work, developed together with the Graduate Program in Social Communication at the Methodist University of São Paulo (Umesp) with support from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (Cnpq), is dedicated to the issue of producing journalistic information in podcasts. The object of study is the phenomenon of sound programs made available on digital audio streaming platforms, known as content aggregators. Through bibliographical and documental research, exploratory analysis, case study and content analysis, the modes of configuration of news in the environment of the interconnected public sphere are studied. As main considerations achieved, we highlight the hybrid nature of the phenomenon that develops from exchanges and mixtures with other digital media. Given its essentially dynamic character, news in this environment claims flexible spaces and structures as a form of dialogue with the listener. The diversity with which information can be organized in this sphere is observed through the selected corpus. We believe we have provided an initial overview of the elements that characterize the language and content of journalistic material, above all, to serve as an aid to the study on the topic of news production in podcasts by researchers in the field of Communication. We did not intend to exhaust the theme in this space, but to highlight some of the main elements of the platform that are in evidence in the contemporary world.(AU)
