Resumo: This paper presents the case of the Santa Ines School in the neighborhood of Bom Retiro in the city of S??o Paulo. The neighborhood has a multicultural, ethnic and religious feature, as immigrants from various parts of the world (from jews to koreans) settled in the area. In this scenario, the school was responsible for welcoming this diversity, even if it was a catholic school. In order to understand how this reception was given, Salesian nuns who had a significant passage in the institution were interviewed. Thus, a research on oral history was carried out to find out how the interviews would be carried out, a deepening of Salesian pedagogy, to know the proposal of the school, and a study on multiculturalism, to learn about the intercultural reality of the students. Studying the interculture together with the Salesian pedagogy proved to be effective for understanding the education offered by the traditional College and how the multicultural differences in the city of S??o Paulo are treated.

En este escenario, el Colegio de Santa In??s fue responsable de esa diversidad, al igual que se trata de una escuela cat??lica. Para obtener este sentido, fueron entrevistadas monjas que viv??an y tienen una gran importancia en la instituci??n. De esta forma, se hizo una investigaci??n sobre la historia oral, para dar a conocer las convenciones sobre las entrevistas, una profundizaci??n de la pedagog??a salesiana, para conocer la propuesta del Colegio, y un estudio sobre el multiculturalismo, para el conocimiento de la realidad intercultural de los alumnos. Estudiar la intercultura sumada a la pedagog??a salesiana, se mostr?? eficaz para el entendimiento de la educaci??n impartida por el tradicional Colegio y c??mo son tratadas como diferencias pluriculturales en la ciudad de S??o Paulo.Este trabalho apresenta o caso do Col??gio de Santa In??s no bairro do Bom Retiro na cidade de S??o Paulo. O bairro apresenta uma caracter??stica multicultural, ??tnica e religiosa, pois imigrantes de diversos locais do mundo (de judeus a coreanos) se instalaram na regi??o. Neste cen??rio, o Col??gio de Santa In??s foi respons??vel por acolher essa diversidade, mesmo se tratando de uma escola cat??lica. Para entender como se deu esta recep????o, foram entrevistadas freiras salesianas que tiveram uma passagem significativa na institui????o. Dessa forma, foi feita uma pesquisa sobre hist??ria oral, para saber como seriam realizadas as entrevistas, um aprofundamento da pedagogia salesiana, para conhecer a proposta do Col??gio, e um estudo sobre o multiculturalismo, para o conhecimento da realidade intercultural dos alunos.
